The visuals are haunting, the sound design feels on point, and it looks like they’re going back to what made the original games special: dread, isolation, and mind-bending horror instead of just jump scares and action. Silent Hill has been through a rough patch. The franchise deserves to be scary again — not watered down, not turned into generic survival horror, but proper psychological mind-fuck horror like Silent Hill 2 and 3.
